COVID-19 Response Updates

Dear Customers of Brentwood Chiropractic & Sports Rehab Centre,

As always the safety of our clients, practitioners, families, employees and the community that may be at particular risk from the transmission of the novel COVID-19 virus is our primary concern. In regards to the COVID-19 situation, we are monitoring closely the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada and recommendations given by the Provincial Health Officer to our Chiropractic Regulatory Body and Massage Therapist Regulatory Body.

Please notechiropractic and massage appointments are available. During the COVID-19 pandemic, our clinic will be following the collaborated guidance set by the Provincial Health Officer, Work Safe BC, BC Centre for Disease Control and the BC College of Chiropractors. The guidance given reflects the best evidence available at this time and it will change as required to reflect updates on our understanding of the virus and its transmission. It will aid to continue to promote safe care to patients and, continues to prevent the spread of the virus.

Please read the following carefully as this is the standards for in-person chiropractic care during the COVID-19 Pandemic:
You must schedule an appointment for an in-person treatment. Unscheduled, drop-in treatment is not permitted.
When you schedule in-person treatment with the chiropractor, Dr. Chris Csabai, we need to assess your risk for COVID-19 infection through a screening questionnaire prior to visiting the clinic.
The chiropractor must interview you over the phone or using internet communications (email). You cannot be interviewed in person. If you schedule an appointment using the Book Online button, the screening questionnaire and further guidance can be viewed there and answers provided in the "Extra Info / Comments" section, as this will be the most efficient and convenient way. With an online booking, this will alert the chiropractor and if needed, he will communicate with you from there. Alternatively, you may call the clinic at 604-299-7199 and leave a message. However, due to circumstances of reduced clinic hours and limited receptionist hours, it may take up to 2 days to return your call. We apologize for the inconvenience.
When you arrive for your appointment, we have hand sanitizer available and ask that you wear a mask for your visit.

We kindly request that if you are feeling ill in any way, you refrain from entering our clinic until you have been cleared by a medical professional. Please visit BC Centre for Disease Control for more up to date measures against COVID-19.

Please read the following carefully as this is the standards for in-person massage therapy care during the COVID-19 Pandemic:

The clinic continues to follow the recommended precautionary measures include having reduced clinic hours, spaced client arrivals for appointments and temporarily the front desk receptionist will not be present. In addition to our standard cleaning practices in our clinic and therapy rooms to prepare for each client that visits, we have added other measures such as using dedicated cleaners to sanitize all common and frequently used surfaces nearly every hour during operating hours.

We will continue to keep you updated to any other changes that may arise as the weeks pass.
