Brentwood Chiropractic & Sports Rehab Centre has now moved to its current new location, 3 mins west of its old location. The new address is #101-1160 Douglas Road, Burnaby, BC V5C 4Z6. You may contact us at 604-299-7199 or use the "Online Booking" button to make your appointment.

Our staff and its practitioners are excited about this new location. After 15 years of residing on Halifax Street, this property will be demolished and re developed by the BOSA group to meet the needs of the surrounding Amazing Brentwood area. Our new location on Douglas Road will be ground level with easy, ample, free street parking and free parking stalls located in the back of the building. The closest transit will be the bus which travels on Gilmore Avenue connecting Gilmore Skytrain Station and Hastings. The most convenient and closest bus stop is at William Street, from which one would walk westward two residential blocks to our clinic on Douglas Road. The closest landmark to our new location is the Steamworks Brewery and Taproom that is located virtually across the street at the intersection of Douglas Road and William Street. Please see the map below.

Getting ready for the holidays!

During the holidays, it is common to get busy and out of routine. We all have to be careful as it's not just those extra few pounds that we have to worry about but also the vulnerability of our tissues and old physical complaints/injuries. Very commonly, a large number of the visits people make to my office are for back and neck pain during this time. They often say, "lately I have been so busy and have had no time" to stop and stretch and apply a cold pack even though they were aware of the pain in the area 'brewing.' I advise we have to make time to react earlier than later to these signs. It can save you time and money and reduce the number of visits to my office or sometimes even resolve it quickly.
